Clinical Research Facilities

UQCCR is pivotally located alongside the large 1000 bed tertiary Royal Brisbane & Women's Hospital (RBWH) and benefits from collocation on the Herston campus with the 14-storey Pathology Queensland (diagnostic pathology) block, the Queensland Institute of Medical Research, and the Royal Children's Hospital. Through these linkages, UQCCR has access to a large patient base that enables the testing of clinical hypotheses and the development of clinical research projects.
